Cost next year will remain the same:

9U $2600   |   10U $2800   |     11U & 12U $3200  |    13U & Up $3400

Payment Options

There will only be two payment options next season:

Pay-in-full or Monthly.

New Payment plans need to be started no later than July 25, 2024.  

Memberships can be purchased from the TS App Under Memberships. If you plan to pay in full please email [email protected] and let us know.  

**If you still have an active payment plan from the 2023-24 season as of August 1 2024, please contact us to discuss the start date of your payment plan. 

Additional Charges & Payments

For the 2024-25 Season, we’re facing an increase in field rental, tournament, and umpire fees. Field rental fees for Tacoma are set to double in June. Umpire shortage is also causing their fees to increase. All of this will increase the over all cost for Tournaments. 

To cover these necessary expenses, we’ll send out two invoices in October 2024 and February 2025, each ranging from $200 to $300. Our goal is to offset this as much as possible by fundraising.

Nonprofit Organization & Fundraising

Our nonprofit arm should be ready by August. We will use the new nonprofit to help fundraise and cover expenses like the additional fees listed above, additional tournament fees, etc. 

We anticipate fundraising to begin in August 2024. 

If interested in joining our Fundraising Committee please let us know. 

Travel Tournament

We want to add an Arizona Travel Tournament for most returning teams in February or March 2025. More details and fundraising opportunities will be provided in August.


Next season, teams will be competitively balanced based on skill, positions, and need. We cannot guarantee that the team a player is on now will be their team next season. Team rosters will be announced at the end of August or at the Trainers discretion.

Roster goals for all teams is 12. 13 would be the max. 

PG, Scout Teams, and Showcases

Next season, we are planning to participate in a number of new events: Perfect Game, Scout Tournaments, and Individual Showcases. Players participating in these events will consist of selected players who we feel are ready to showcase their talents in this type of environment.  

New Partnership with Wilson Sports (Uniform, Swag, and Gear)

We proudly announce that we’ve partnered with Wilson Sports to provide all uniforms, bags, swag, and hats for next season. 

Don’t worry—this doesn’t mean you need to go out and buy completely new uniform sets. Wilson is in the process of duplicating our current uniform using their EVOSHIELD line, so using the old Prolook uniform mixing and matching will not be an issue. 

We hope this change will reduce the issues we had last season with quality control and orders.

Discounts on Wilson Products 

Our new partnership with Wilson Sports brings exciting benefits. Our Wilson Sponsorship allows us to get discounted rates on Wilson, DeMarini, Louisville Slugger, EvoShield, and Atec products. Products will be available while the team store is open. 


We are planning to have a Demo day for uniform fitting and a chance to check the newest gear from Wilson Sports in August 2024.
